I realised that I've a trend. A trend to not blog for some time, and when I finally do get to blogging again, I continuously blog posts one after another between short periods of time.
Although I've just updated last night, I felt like blogging again tonight. So, here's what's up.
...Darn, I forgot what I wanted to say. See, I have such a short attention span.
While typing out the previous sentence, I remembered! :D Amazing, isn't it?
So. I've completed the essay about myself- the one for the BRATs workshop. I might've mentioned it in my previous post. So anyway, the word limit was a thousand words, and I wrote exactly a thousand! You can always count on me to do something to its full extent. Actually, I had wanted to write more but hey, I gotta respect the limit.
I sent it to a few of my friends to beta/proofread. They are such amazing people. They've pointed out some mistakes I've made, and made suggestions that might make it better. After reading it, they complimented it and told me how nice they thought it was. Honestly, these kids are my ego-boosters. Forget push-up bras, these friends are all I need. :P Hahaha.
Oh, and I got surprised during tennis lesson today. I played better than I thought I would, because I haven't stepped onto the courts for a couple of weeks. That doesn't necessarily mean I played
awesome or anything, but it wasn't bad. And Yean-Li played really good too! :D We will both improve
together!
She also gave me a lift home after class. She got her P license a few weeks back, and can legally drive around now! I was a little scared at the thought at first, I'll admit. I didn't think that anyone (mainly my friends at my age) could drive... safely. But it seems like I was worried over nothing. She drove well, and I totally felt safe. :D Great job. Applause for you! Continue your safe driving. ♥
I don't believe in second chances. I believe in as many chances as needed until proven a lost cause.
