A dance mat! You know, the ones with the four arrows. To play games like DDR on! I waaaaant it ;-; Someone (or two or ten, doesn't matter) get it for me for Christmas! Sooner wouldn't hurt too =O

So so anyways, my Sony eBook Reader's on the move! It has finally been dispatched. And she has been officially named Foxay, since 11:51:57PM, 09/29/09! The main idea for her name came from dear Deon, who suggested Foxy. But you know me, I like things a little different. And thus Foxay was born! Can't wait for her to arrive~ *hophophop* A friend of mine (a new friend I made recently, yay!) sent me an ebook about vampires. So awesome. Can't wait to load that up to Foxay and read it. The book's called Marked, by P.C. Cast. Actually, I have five books from the House of Night series now. Marked is the first book. Geee, get here more quickly, Foxay!

Here's another reason for me to be excited: I'm going to watch the quarter finals of Malaysian Open! Can't wait can't wait can't wait. So exciteeeeed! I'm gonna bring a pen so the players will sign the program booklet if I get the chance to make them do so >D

One more reason for excitement! Ostrich's birthday bash is coming up! It's closing iiiin~ Next week, Friday! Can't wait! It actually has a theme, can you believe it? I've never been to a party with a theme before. Gosh, this is so cool 8D

P.S. I forgot to write down a note somewhere about this. I finished watching Witch Yoo Hee some time ago. It was really quite nice, the overall drama! I took a liking to the soundtrack. I'm listening to it as I type this out, actually. I didn't like the very very end bit though. Not enough! I would watch the whole drama again though :]

Playing With Fire
Sunday, September 27, 2009

Without getting burnt!

Last night, I was sitting in front of Minerva as usual. Then my phone rang, and it was Puiquan. She asked me go out and I did. She was there with Choon Weng, Jing Yi and Kok Ming. Luckily PQ called me. I managed to overthrow their plans to bring my house down. By burning it, I mean. After stopping their nefarious plans, I joined them in their merry making =D They didn't burn much. The most they burnt were... the dried coconut leaves from the trees nearby. I think they burnt two whole leaves. HAH, I JUST REMEMBERED! I HAVE PICTURES! Hold on a sec.

Okay, so the pictures are being transferred to Minerva right now. There are more pictures than I remembered o_o Eighteen?! I think seventy five percent of all that are pictures of fire. I do love abstract art ;D ...Okay, the pictures are done transferring! Now to upload all of 'em here for you.

There, that's all of it! I didn't rotate 'em or it'll take too long.

So anyway, after happily burning rubbish (including three of the four lanterns they brought with them), we went to Cassandra Leow's house. I think there was a party. I feel bad 'cause I wasn't invited but I went anyway. I didn't know there was a party, honest! I thought they were just playing with lanterns and stuff like we were earlier. So since I was there already, I entered her house. It was really quite late at night already at that time, so I couldn't walk home on my own.

So CW, JY, KM and PQ and I played foosball. Okay, don't correct me on my spelling for that. I have no idea how it's supposed to be spelled. But anyways it was really really fun. Everyone hated to play the goalkeeper xD In the end, I 'spam spinned' the midfielders. I did because I could. I could because I was only taking care of one line of 'people' and had two hands to use ;D

Theen I tumpang someone's car to balik rumah. >>; I feel so baaaad. It's like, the uncle dunno me also! T_T And then so last minute. And then the car memang so packed already sumore! But anyways... thanks a lot =]

Oh and Cassie, on the slight chance that you are reading this, I'm sorry for crashing your party. ><; Didn't mean to.

The World Ends With You
Wednesday, September 23, 2009

It has, has, HAS to be one of the best if not the best game I've ever played! Yes, I didn't just say best RPG. I mean game, which is more general. Which shows just how fantastic it is.

The World Ends With You. The title didn't make much sense to me at first. I just thought 'Oh okay. Nice title.'. But as I played through the game, I gained appreciation for a lot of things. This game is just really inspiring. I don't know how to explain how I understood the deeper meaning behind it, but... it just is insightful.

After I finish games, I usually feel a great sense of accomplishment. Cheer. Relief. But this time, I was a little sad. I could hardly believe that it ended. The game didn't reveal everything in broad daylight like most games do. It revealed the stories of the characters bit by bit. You'd think you could trust that person, but as it turns out you couldn't. You'd think this character was the bad guy but hey, he turned out to be the good one. I know, a lot of movies and stuff use this tactic too. But usually in said movies and stuff, you can predict who the people are. In The World Ends With You, you really can't tell. This gives the game a very personal touch. It really reached out to me and touched me.

I know how often I claim to have a new outlook on life, but I've never lied about it so far. I mean it when I say so. The World Ends With You is very meaningful. At least to me it is anyway. I really thank (and love) Square Enix and Jupiter for making this game. It has moved not only myself, but a lot of other people in the world, I'm sure. I hope another game like this will be produced soon. I won't be able to get enough of it.

Hardships, friendships, loyalty, trust. Knowing what you can't live without. Realising what means the most. Doing what you have to do.

Thanks
Monday, September 21, 2009

Yes, you guessed it! Okay, you probably didn't guess it. What's it you ask? It is today! And today is one of those days which I, Resha Ng, feel grateful for the small number of people I have met before in my life. Especially my friends.

I did a bit of a 'What If' questioning for myself earlier today while watching a show. Basically I just asked myself one question but meh. The question was, "What if I was one of my friends?" What I meant was, how would I feel if I had a friend like myself? Myself as in crazy. Myself as in randomly dancing out of the blue, extremely loud and obnoxious and everything else that people usually see me as. Or at least what I think people see. Aaand obviously, the answer I got was "I would be embarrassed."

I mean, honestly! What kinda person would hang around with someone who speaks to strangers on a random basis, while not showing a hint of fear but oozes friendliness instead? Or if that someone screams bloody murder when she's touched, just to scare the rubbish outta her friends? Not only that, that someone has so much ego that she could share it with the world and still have enough to form some abstract thing as big as Jupiter!

So yes. I wonder. Wonder really hard. Just how do you guys (and girls, of course) do it? I can't imagine what I would do if I had a friend like me. So thanks. Thanks a lot to all of you.

Don't think my gratefulness only applies for the friends I've known in real life now! It certainly does apply to the ones I've never met in person too. I can't imagine how you cope with a hyperactive girl like me. I constantly scream bloody murder in conversations too with completely capitalized lines, messages and posts. Doesn't all that capitalization blind you or something? I figured I would be scared out of my wits if someone talked that much so furiously fast with her caps lock on all the time. Then, there's my ego case too. Except for my drawing skills of course, which genuinely suck. Okay, exaggeration there, but I really am not happy with my skills. Other than that, yeah- my ego's pretty much humongous, gigantic and whatnot.

Again, thanks. To all, and I mean all the people I've known these past sixteen years, three months and nineteen days I've lived. You rock, and deserve to know you do.

Oh, and since it's Hari Raya, the time to ask for forgiveness (I think? ...I can't believe I don't know about one of the most important festivals celebrated every year in my country!), I thought I should join in. Everyone, I'm sorry for all the wrongs I might have done in the past. Forgive me?

Haa, I figured I won't ask you. I'm just not ready to know! :3

Sweet Words Spoken
Wednesday, September 9, 2009

Gah. Am I already of age to be thinking I'm being seduced? Okay. So seduced might be a word too big for my situation, but... really! Sigh. I'm falling, and no one's catching me. At least not yet. Someone better does soon before I get hit. ...I hope some people don't read my blog. Or else they'd know who I'm talking about in my posts, and in the small boxes at the end of my posts. If you know who they are, please don't tell anyone?

"I don't want you to say bye. It hurts me to hear you say bye." -Someone.
Won't you just stop saying things like that to me unless you really feel something? You're getting ideas into my head that would hurt myself. Unless you lied to me, you're just being overfriendly. My head's spinning.

Wishlist Must Haves - The Big and The Small
Tuesday, September 8, 2009

First up! A tablet! Zomg, I want one badly ♥

Second! A nice set of colour pencils. I could do without them, though I feel like I really want a nice set right now =3

Third! A dancing pad! Yeah yeah, a dancing pad! For me to use with my PS2. :DD I have no many music driven games, but I can only use controllers to play them at the moment. ;-;

Fourth! My very own digital camera. I have no idea how often I'll use it though. Liyann's camera is so cool! It's touch screeeeen!

Fifth! A nice sketch pad. Actually, make that a couple of sketch pads. Teehee. I'm a greedy person.

Lastly, which doesn't actually count because I already am getting it in the very near future, an ebook! ♥

Why is it I can't keep my hands off of you? ...Gasp, major!

Not Thinking Life's Boring
Monday, September 7, 2009

Sammy's gave me a tutoring lesson on drawing. She's so nice :3 I woke up at 5.30am so I could get a head start. xD It was 2.30pm at her place. She helped me a lot, even though it might not have seemed like much. Oh yeah, the reason I woke up that early was some time later in the morning, I had to go out with mom. Just in case there wasn't gonna be enough time, I got up uber early. So now, I'm scribbling sketching =D I'm surprisingly not that bad at it. Still bad, but not to the extent that I would erase everything to get rid of all evidence that it ever existed xD
I think I will tear them up and throw them into the bin though >_>

Sangeetha's party yesterday evening&night was great! Had lots of fun with all my friends. Oh oh and there was a dish which consisted of macaroni, mayonnaise, carrots and mango chunks. It was delicious! I took quite a bit home for myself =x Then I had it for brunch this morning. Sangeetha was pretty in her saree! So smexy. :3 Oh yeah, and Alphaeus thought my one-(or half, I'm bad at estimations) inch-high shoes were high. Clearly he's never seen real high-heeled shoes. xD

Oh oh oh and I finally placed an order for Sony's Red PRS-600 Touch Screen Reader! It's back-ordered right now, but still. Can't wait for it to finally ship! ♥ It will (most likely) be one of my favourite gadgets at home, right after Minerva, Hanabi and the NDS.

Why'd you say that to me? Now you and your words are stuck in my head.
&
I hope you aren't mad... Please don't be. She's innocent, she really is.

I Wanna Plaaayy
Saturday, September 5, 2009

Know what I want to play? I'll tell you what I want to play. I want to play Granado Espada. This TOTALLY AWESOME MMORPG which I've tried out before. When I used to use my desktop computer. And now, I'm using a netbook with a not-so-powerful processor. Waaaah ;-;

Which colour of Sony Reader PRS-600 should I get? I'm almost definitely not getting the black, because black is so normal. Not to mention emo. So, it's either the silver or the red. The silver looks kinda normal too, but not too bad. The red is pretty nice, but I'm afraid it won't match a lot of stuff like an addition cover or something. Help?

Gah, Granado client download, hurry uuuuup. Why must you be so huuuge? ...Oh yeah, cause your graphics and BGM are awesome 8] ...Still.

You're cute. Not the small kid kinda cute, but cute. Look at yourself as how you've been seeing me; Straight at the good things, past the bad.

...I remember wanting to write something, and the moment I clicked on the New Post button, I forgot. A classic Resh move, won't you say?

I am becoming increasingly worried about my studies. School seems like a chore which is how it usually felt like, but more so than before at the moment. Usually I wouldn't care in the slightest bit about that but... gosh, History! Honestly, I am not worrying about anything except for that. Gooosh. I just know I'm going to do terribly for that subject if I don't do something about it. Trouble is, I'm not doing anything about it! I know I should, but... I can't bring myself to!

Hah, awesome! That little rant has sparked an idea in my brain, igniting a full blown flame of inspiration to write a story. Well then, I'm off to write. Tata, love you all!

P.S. Hey Ben, can you draw people well? If you can, could you teach me? =X

Happy birthday to you,
happy birthday to you,
happy birthday to my dear friend,
happy birthday to you~

It ain't your birthday yet, but I can't wait to finally be able to wish you! ♥ You're the first to ask of such a present.
