Okay. So I'm updating because a lovely kindly asked me to.

Well, yesterday, my youngest brother asked me the funniest question.

"Sis, how come you're so old already but still don't have a boyfriend yet? Usually people have a boyfriend by/at sixteen."

Hahahahahahaaaa.

I told him that I wanted to focus on my studies. Which isn't completely true (seeing as I hardly give studying any serious thought), but then again isn't completely false. I don't strive that hard to do well, but I do try hard to keep up my grades. It doesn't make much sense when I say it here. Hmm, let me put it this way. So long as I get a satisfactory result, I'm happy. So I don't try to do exceptionally well.

And guess what. I took my other brother as an example. I am unsure of this, but I think he has/had a girlfriend. Or something. So yeah. I used him as an example. His studies aren't that good, so I said it is so because he started dating.

I'm not saying that people who date can't score well. On the contrary, many of my friends who are dating do really quite well in their studies. Y'know, I just needed an excuse for my littlest brother!

So anyway he asked me if I was ever gonna get a boyfriend. Weeeell, I told him that I'll start looking and considering after SPM, the major examination which is to be held at the end of this year. Well. Hear that guys? Mark your calendars!

Okay. Vain enough for ya? Prideful enough? Yeah well, that's me for you. :D

...Help. What am I supposed to think? You wanna get something across, you gotta do it bluntly 'cause I can't read between the lines. Plus, the lines aren't even clearly defined! Don't say it's my fault if I don't get the numerous hints you're trying to send across. ><;;

P.S. Happy Birthday, Daddy. Sorry there's no birthday card or present, and I'm scared of hugs. It's the thought that counts, and I thought about you the whole day today. I think about you every day. Just about. I can't be completely sure though, because I could have not thought of you but not know. Yeaaaah. Happy Birthday! I hope you have many many many many more birthdays to come which we can celebrate together!
